Purchase of Products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description and the images displayed are the exact photo of the product you will receive. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, including stock updated, sometimes you may experience products that might not be in stock and if this is the case we wil contact you to let you know the status.
Orders
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure and we ensure that no personal information will be leaked to any third party, this is also outlined in our privacy section.
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site. At the checkout confirmation section you will then be automatically transferred to our merchant provider which is Paypal. Once you visit Paypal you will be required to re-enter your address details and submit your credit/debit card information to confirm that you wish to pay for the products you ordered from our website. Once you have completed the sale you will then be automatically transferred back to our website to the checkout success page. Once you have reached this page, you will automatically receive a member welcome email along with your order confirmation.
An order will not be processed if the following applies.
- The product you ordered being out of stock (we will contact you to confirm if you wish to receive a refund/exchange or would like to wait for stock to arrive).
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Conditions of Use.
The contract will be concluded in English.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
- Register by providing your real name, phone number, postal/delivery address, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
- Possess a valid credit or debit card and process your payment through Paypal.
Payment
All prices are stated in £sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered and the delivery cost will be calculated at checkout stages. The total order amount will include shipping costs.
Shipping & Returns
Our charge for standard delivery is £3.45 per order on all orders to mainland UK addresses. We also offer worldwide shipping from £13.00. Glamorous Lingerie will not be made responsible for customs charges you may incur when ordering from out of the UK. Please ensure you check with your local Customs office before ordering from our website.
Stock items will be dispatched the day after they are ordered and will be delivered within 2-3 working days within the UK mainland. Out of stock items will be delivered within 5-7 working days depending on stock delivery dates.
